Order status - ON HOLD

Hello,

New to this forum and community. So please be light on me.

I have placed an order couple of hours back and the BTC transaction shows completed. When I tried getting into the site, it shows that my order is still "On Hold".

Order # 43638

Is there anything that's missing in the order or payment ? Not sure.

Please help.

@sirish I'm curious, I dont see where you can order anything on here. is there something im missing? you said you tried to log in and see "on hold". Log into where? here? i Purchase Gunbot yesterday too, but I dont have any order number or the software yet, I'm not aware of any platform where i can check my order or license, so I guess we just have to wait... I'm not sure what the normal turn around time is. I'd like to get started though.

@Xenon - You should get an email with order details, if you tried purchasing the gunbot through cryptobot website. There will be a link in the email to access your online account.

If you bought with Narkotix, in an hour you have a bot up and running. Even though he is on Australia time. For any busyness re gunbot, I highly recommend contacting him directly. You can find him on the resellers board here on the forum.

Thank you all for your support. I reached out to “LeeView” on telegram (owner of thecryptobot.com) and got this resolved.
