General Discussion / Pure BB no buys. Why? (Chart)

So I've been testing pure BB the last couple of days. Have gotten some buys and sells, but on some pairs really nothing at all, which was indeed very baffling.

My settings were

• lowBB 14 highBB 23
• BUYLVL 3 GAIN 3
• Delay: 7s
• Intervals: default 0.02 / 0.04

Here is a chart from a pair, BTC_ZEC that didn't trade at all for 14+ hours! It's 15-min candles with standard bitrex BB, and I've highlighted the spots where I would expect gunbot to trade.



So, after roughly 4000 cycles, not a single trade?? Come on!

My assumption is that the bot, after all these cycles, still uses GAIN, which of course don't make any sense. Or does it?

Please help me explain this, to better learn how gunbot thinks and operates.
