Trading view chart in XT keep loading with spinning icon.

Hi all I'm new to gunbot, when setting up my strategies the charts keep loading but chart never show up, anyone know what could possibly caused this and how to debug this problem?

I'm on windows machine on a new setup, everything pretty much works except for the charts.

Any help is appreciated.

Its all good now, I was using an unsupported browser, it went away after switch back to chrome.
