just for the feedback:

after installing in the ARM (Raspberry pi 2) the issues gone away, the page suddenly updating got fixed, the only issue now are a few hangs but may be because the of the pi not having enough resources. but it feels just fine. atm

Sounds about right... I switched to a VPS because of that (constant hanging off the RasPi)... and ARM versions of GunBot are always last to come.

Hey gang im new one here, can somebody explain dollar cost average ? But please keep it simple, and some help configuring this bot would be much abliged.

In essence you're lowering your average bought price by buying more at a lower price. That way you can still get out of that trade with a profit at a lower price. BUT LAWAYS use DCA with a STOP LOSS/LIMIT to AVOID bags in the end. IF you made a mistake (by selecting/buying a coin that is loosing you money) you should correct that mistake at a cost that is minimal. I always want to know my SL before I even get INTO a trade...

Those things will help you to get rid of your bags. Also note that it's important to choose good pairs and don't go against the main trend.

It's basically a 1, 2, 3...:

1. Always do your homework and select the right pair, go with the trend and have a sound [also exit] strategy;

2. Set DCA to "average down" if your timing is a bit off (but you still have faith in step 1), but ALWAYS;

3. Set a Stop Limit to (eventually) get out of a "bad" trade (which can also happen to the best of us)...

There is not enough information in your post to do some serious analysis (we'd need your config file [WITHOUT the private info!!!] for that).

But what I can say that in general what you - as a human - see on that chart is NOT the same as Gunbot saw. Gunbot reacts on the exact numbers at an exact moment in time (closing of the candle), so if your "view" and Gunbot view are "off" (and they ALWAYS are) by even just a small timeframe it is very well possible that that little jump you see never occurred (enough) for Gunbot (to act)...

It is a "one-time thing"; once you get ranked a top 20 or 10 or whatever, no-one can bump you out of it ever (according to Gunthar)...

How to upgrade the license with token. let say i have standard and i want to upgrade to ultimate. and i get token 2000 token from my friend. than how do i proceed for token based upgrade.

Just put the Gunthies in the wallet that is associated with your Gunbot (that you see in the terminal when starting the bot). GB will automatically detect the amount and "upgrade" itself...

Yes, he gets quite "a few" DM's so I can imagine he doesn't answer most of them. This has been delegated to resellers. If you bought from Gunthar himself you can contact @exquitas on Telegram. He will sort you out (as long as you still know your registered API key)...

i have not used my gunbot in a very long time but had my license for poloniex. since poloniex has rid US customers i have transferred funds to CoinbasePro and am interested in using my gunbot again since ive already paid for it. How can i get it changed to coinbase and find out how many versions behind i am. the latest i can find on my computer is 5.04

correction. found a v10 that i tried to get back into the swing of things but never got to work

Contact your reseller and he should transfer your API key for the new exchange on the Gutnhy license server for you...

Yes i'm positive. But when the arm.zip file is unzipped, it got both gunthy-arm (v13) and gunthy (v14) inside the arm folder. Tried
running both but getting the same error. Tried with a fresh install of raspbian, still no luck

Tried putting them in separate folders...?

For now there is "only" one type of Ultimate license (there are two actually, but the other is "grandfathered" so no new ones of those): it requires at least 2500 Gunthies and you get 5 exchange slots for that. The more Gunthies you have the higher your rank (for - first - Bitrage and later Market Maker) is, but that's "all" (you do not get more exchange slots for it...).

Based on the attached image, The buy price is 10,180 and the current price is below that. I would think that Gunbot should have done a buy, but it doesnt, it just sits there watching price go up and down. I have set this up according to 'The way Gunther runs it" so I would think it was set up correctly. I am however still trying to figure out the best combination of settings.

Any thoughts or feedback would be welcome

If I remember correctly the way Gunthar set it up was with trailing on... In that case there have to be (at least) two factors that coincide: your buy strategy should be met (which you say has been met) and trailing should have reversed (where the caveat is with trailing, because at that point your strategy might not be met any more)... BOTH have to give the trigger for GB to buy (not only one).

And are you sure: buying is ON? MVTB is a realistic value? Enough funds for that MVTB to occur?

Hi ,

I have deployed gunbot on a remote linux ubuntu which runs 24/7 however after a few miuntes/hours gunbot GUI is not accessible. so unsure if its turned on or off ! i have to run gunbot via terminal ssh.  my linux skills are limited. need assistance in resolving why is gunbot shutting down while the server is still on??

I've got GB running on a remote Linux server to which I connect through VNC and I have no issues. So maybe a bit more information on what is happening...?
