Title: Binance Futures Leverage

According to Binance API docs, adjusting leverage is supported, see herehttps://binance-docs.github.io/apidocs/futures/en/#account-information-v2-user_data (https://binance-docs.github.io/apidocs/futures/en/#account-information-v2-user_data)
Also, changing margin type is available (crossed or isolated)

I really hope devs can implement this in the next release :) so that Binance users don't have to adjust them pair-by-pair
