Good morning,

I've been using Gunbot V22 with no issues for the past month or so, trading on KuCoin. This morning I woke up and discovered the bot has stopped trading and gave me the following error message:

I'm using a Kucoin V2 API that was recently created. It's been working fine for the past month. I tried downgrading to Gunbot V21 as well as a fresh install of V22 and no matter what I do I can't get the bot to recognize Kucoin other than the trading pairs in the drop down menu. Binance US is working fine, so this problem is isolated to Kucoin as far as I know.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

This is a general issue caused by an api system change by Kucoin. Dev team is working in a fix.

This issue was partially fixed since v21.7.7
If you have 21.7.7 or newer, you can stop the bot, start it again, and you will see PNL calculations updated.

I bought it in 2018.  At that time, fuathan was the official dealer.  I think he quit now.  This year I decided to use gunbot actively again, but now I can not find anyone I can support.  I've been dealing with error messages for days.  They have to appoint me to a representative, I shouldn't be in a difficult situation because the seller has quit.

Hello guys,
I made a strategy in Tradingview with the MACD. It worked great so I wanted to test it and let Gunbot trade with the same strategy.
I know that sometimes trades won't be executed the same, but I set there and saw that the MACD crossed, I saw that on Tradingview the script would have bought. but Gunbot diden't.
Can anyone help me why that happened?

I thought it would be better to use Gunbot for the entry because it's more reactive than Tradingview and would buy earlier. But in this case, Tradingviews alert was set at 350 and not 353. Maybe any suggestions for that?

I only have these kinds of locks where the cross-over of the MACD is already over.

I have just started playing around with GunBot so apoligies if this is trivial.

I am trying to set my Indicator Templates and I have changed EMA 8/16 to a different colour and have tried to just remove the indicators, however whenever I change between pairs, it adds EMA 8/16 again.

I have done:

• Click on Templates -> Save Indicator template...
• Click on the Cloud icon on the top-right corner of the chart
• Click on the down arrow next to Cloud -> Save

It definitely saves the changes I have made but still appends the EMA 8/16 (sometimes MA 99) indicators again if I had changed the settings for the default EMA 8/16.

If someone can explain or point to a guide that would be much apprecaited.

I works good on my end. I can't reproduce it.

OK, so I know this wll probably sound dumb, but here it is...
I cannot figure out why on earth, the bot seems to always want to do the opposite of what I have in mind (trying to sell when  want it to buy and vice versa) !

What I'm trying to do :
In order to get started simply with automation, I want to setup a simple TSSL "buy" bot that will ONLY buy, only once, with a trailing target as price goes down.
(and then a second strat for selling, that will only sell, and I plan on firing those two strats manually, instead of using the useless stop-limit orders from the exchange).

Problem :
Even though Selling is DISABLED in my "TSSL-Buy-only" strat...
...The bot stil thinks it should be in a sell cycle when I start it.

Nope, dear bot, I want you in a BUY cycle !
HOW do you tell the bot to ignore whatever makes it think it should be in a sell cycle (previous orders on my account, I guess), and switch to a Buy cycle ?

In other words : How do you force a cycle ?

I have tried setting "ignore transactions before..." but it doesn't change the behaviour.

What "duh" setting am I missing ?

Hi, first of all, you don't need 2 strategies. You need 1 strategy that has 1 method for buying and 1 method for selling. Without checking your settings it sounds like a mess with balance settings. If you set Min Volume to Sell to 100 it will only switch to sell mode once you have more than 100, else it will be in buy mode. Check that Trading Limit is higher than MVTS

Autoconfig addpairs works for Kraken but not coinbase pro.

Gdax just doesn't provide the data needed for autoconfig to work with tickers

If patches aren't released via Git, then why even use Git in the first place? 

Git has stable versions. In announcements channel you can get beta versions. As someone already told you, you can ask your reseller for access to announcements channel and download beta versions from there. Just a tip: Remember to use with caution. In some cases beta versions can include important fixes and have been tested by many users, so they are really interesting, but be careful running any random beta version released a few minutes ago as they could include bugs too.
