Hi Kaaskop, usually the exchanges don't allow to keep a long position and a short position opened at the same time. So, if you already have a short position opened (for example, 1000$), if you open directly a long position with 2000$, it would automatically close your short and open a 1000$ long. If you want to open both longs and shorts at the same time, you would need 2 accounts. In the case you have 1 account, the way to go is to close the previous one before opening other position. For example, you open a short, then close that short, now open a long.

I have a similar issue.
Exchange used is: Kraken
I purchased gunbot from Gunbot.shop in December
After 2-3 days after the last Buy order for a random asset gunbot throws warnings:
WARNING: BUY order from more than 30 days ago.
The last buy order is only 2 days old and not 30 days.
Do you know if there are known issues about gunbot and Kraken with limitations getting the ledger/history info?
In the next step I have to override the bought_price. The bought price is than displayed in the info but gunbot is still looking to buy and the bag in base is 0.0000 which is not true.
I am also using Douple Up. When gunbot looses the info about the buy order it also looses all my DU activities done for this pair meaning it is not easy to get the right bought price to use for override. Today it happened for 5 pairs.
Please check the attachments. LTC QTy in my Wallet is 1.48 which is higher than MVTS. So it cannot have anything to do with MVTS.
Please advise. It is causing so much headache. Loosing the Info about the Buy Order every 2-3 days is killing me.
I hope you have a solution or advise.

Hi, the number of pairs shouldn't affect. Note that there is delay between pairs, so, if you add 3 pairs and you set delay to 10, the bot will process 1 pair every 10 seconds, same way as it would do if you add 200 pairs.
Summarizing, the important thing is the delay. Depending on your Internet connection, you can set it very low, or maybe you need to set it to a high value.
Anyway, you shouldn't have any problem setting delay to 30. A lot of people is running the bot on Binance with 10, even lower. On the other hand, supposing your api key was banned, Binance would ban your access to the api, that is, it has nothing to do with Binance website. Do you see any error message in bot logs?
My guess:
1- It was just a coincidence. Binance website was down at that momment.
2- Your connection was dropped at the momment you tried to load Binance website. Maybe it was a connection drop? Did you try to load other websites after trying to load Binance website?

Note that 50 ADX are worth less than 0.001 btc. It doesn't reach to the minimum amount to sell, so it doesn't switch to sell mode. And you have 0.0002 btc, it doesn't even reach to the minimum allowed tradeable amount. So, what you need to do is to add more funds, so the bot can buy something worth more than 0.001 btc, and after that, it will switch to sell mode.

You need to set MVTS to minimum allowed tradeable amount. If the exchange's minimum trade amount is 0.001 btc, you should set it to, at least, 0.001 or higher.

Hi, I wouldn't enable RT and DU at the same time. Personally I prefer DU than RT. What I would do is to stop the bot, disable RT, run it again, and it should sell, as far as selling conditions are met.

Gunbot doesn't "forget" about your bags. Be sure the amount you want to sell is higher than Min_Volume_To_Sell.
For example, if your are trading BTC-LTC and you have 2 LTC and Min_Volume_To_Sell = 0.10, in the case 2 LTC is less than 0.10 btc, the bot won't switch to sell mode and it will try to buy.
For example, if your are trading BTC-LTC and you have 2 LTC and Min_Volume_To_Sell = 0.10, in the case 2 LTC is less than 0.10 btc, the bot won't switch to sell mode and it will try to buy.

It could also be bad syntaxis / non existent pair added. Trading limit % set to 100% (better to set it to 99%), firewall blocking connection... Your reseller should be able to see the problem when he takes a look to your settings

Hi Xrpennywise, when you get a Gunbot license, you can use any past, present or future version. So, the only thing you need is to download latest version and put your api key and secret.
Note that your api key is your license, that's why you just need to put your api and secret and you will be able to run any Gunbot version on any computer.
If you lost your api, you need to change it for a new one, and it has 0.01 btc fee:

That error could be caused by several things. It usually happens when the database is too heavy because is caused a high delay. Check your gunthygui.db file and if the size is higher that 500 kb, remove it. You would need to set you password again, but the bot will run much smoother.
