Hello dears!

I own a Gunbot license since 2018. I did some trades and sold all my crypto. Now I am back to crypto and I would like to ignore the trades I did in the past. Is there a way to do that?

Also, It seems that my GB is a little bit confused about the funds I own. The telegram bot shows me the balance of 0.00158649 BTC and my estimated funds at Binance are 0.00532408. Is there a way to fix it?

Don't use telegram bot as it's being worked on and it doesn't show accurate info.

Thank you for your reply. Actually that was my initial suspicion. One can even see how the MACD-line gets ajusted at every cycle. In my opinion it should only be ajusted at the end of the period. Do you have a walkaround? I would love to use MACD as an entry point but the bot keeps buying crossdowns which is a bit uncomfortable.

In order to make it less reactive, raise the delay. In my experience, higher delays works much better than lower delays as the bot gets too reactive.

I've got Gunbot running for about two weeks now, again, but the PNL Analysis doesn't work at all when using 'All contracts'. I deleted all pairs that over the total running time haven't made a single trade. All contracts now configured have made trades, so at least some data should pop up. When going over each individual contract, trades are shown. Yet, I simply want a full overview of all contracts, but it's stuck on null data (NaN).

How do I fix this?

Latest Gunbot version has this issue and the fix for next stable version is being worked on. So far the workarounds are to restart the bot to update it or set BOT_CCLEAN to something lower to update more frequently.

I am constantly getting the following error:

Dowloading gunbot again does not help. Running gb on a raspi.

What's wrong? And could this error affect the trading? The bot seems to have a crossup-, crossdown-recognition problem. It constantly buys at a crossdown (macd, SMAcross).

Hi,

what delay are you using for botting at Binance? When I hover the Delay value it tells me that for Binance it can be lower then 10.

So how low can you go without getting a ban?

Many people can set it to 1, others need to set a higher number. Anyway, people usually tends to set the lower number possible and in my experience, I have better results with high delays (no need the bot to be too much reactive).

Is there a way to set a Never Buy Above a quote currency amount?  For example, never buy BTC above $32,000, regardless of other indicators.  I see that you can set a percentage below the last sell order price, but what about just a fixed dollar amount?

Hi, it doesn't allow fixed amount.
"Never Buy Above". Use this to only allow buy orders below the last sell rate.
This sets the minimum percentage difference between the last sell order and the next buy. The default setting of 0 disables this option.
When set to 1, Gunbot will only place a buy order when the strategy buy criteria meet and price is at least 1% below the last sell price.

Also to clarify further it has never calculated profit/loss, installed couple weeks ago.  Is there a previous version that does calculate profit/loss?

Hi, it calculates it. The thing is that, it's not instant, and if you want to acelerate it, you can restart the bot and you will see the calculations. Other way to acelerate the calculate is to reduce the number in BOT_CCLEAN parameter

Btw, this is just a temporary woraround until the next version fixes it.

Hi, this error is mostly related to IP being not allowed. Maybe you are using a VPS from a restricted country in your exchange?

The easiest way is to virtualize, but it also takes more resources, and its quite easy to do without virtualization as you can see here:

On the other hand, if you want to run 2 instances of the same exchange, Binance for example, you need to purchase a new license, I mean, with Ultimate you can run the bot on 5 different exchanges: Binance, Poloniex, Bittrex, but not 2 instances of the same exchange. In other words, if you want to run the bot on 2 Binance accounts, you need to buy a new license.

In the GUI market view it displays my present ROI for active trades.  However, when I pull up the dashboard it will not calculate anything in the profit/loss.  It shows every trade as "0" regardless if I made/lost money.

Yup, I tried editing the file, negative.  Thats when I deleted and did a clean install.  Had access to GUI, entered all my exchange info and same error.

In this case I would try changing your api key for a new one.

Had gunbot working.  Tried changing fee's in gunbot exchange setting and now getting "Invalid Signature" and won't allow me to access Localhost5000.  I deleted , reinstalled, gained access to GUI and input my API and key.  Same error.  Invalid Signature.

Is there a way to remove all those text boxes in the TV chart, and just have the lines? (ABP, Support, Resistance, etc.). They really clutter the UI.

As you said, there are some things that can't be removed. Some things can, and you can make it clearer, but sadly it's not possible at this moment to remove every single text box.

What am I doing wrong. I setup RT everything goes fine. The bot makes 4 or 5 cyvles, then the price goes up, RT buy of course not made. Now the reverse stop loss kicks in and buy, but as soon as it does it also sells and i'm back at squarre one with less money. I also have sell up activated is that the problem?

What RT does is quite complicated and most of the people don't even understand what it does. This is what it does for all strategies except for BB:



My advise: Use DCA instead as imo works better and it's much easier to understand its behavior.
