Hey, what about a mixture of BB and Supergun? What I mean is: When i set LOW_BB to 5 and the price is going below 5% the Gunbot waits until the trend changes and buys even deeper. As Supergun does today. The same on HIGH_BB.

Would that be a good strategy or do i miss something? (Please be gentle, I'm new in trading  )

Ok, that means, the lower your buylevel is the bigger is the chance to stay in that pump. Advantage for kickass settings. But on the other hand in a dump the chances are also higher to buy although you actually don't want to buy. Right?

Gunthar, does the bot use the buylevels when buying again in a pump? Or are they ignored in that case?

What about a new setting: Do not buy if price is in a x% range under a x hour/days high? Or something like that. So one can stop the bot in price spikes when he wants. Is that possible with the polo API?
I know this will have side effects, but for me buying a bag at a big price spike is worse than missing some trades  (At least I think so )

Suggestions?
