Here's 2 examples from 2 exchanges I'm running at the moment:

Same size, same date... and same sha256sum:

This eats up all of the VPS quota in just a few days... please either fix it or go back to the old system. Thanks.

Technical Support & Development / Re: Pair verification bug?
« on: May 11, 2018, 04:55:51 PM »
Yes I noticed, but I was referring to the green check mark after Pair Name. There is some code there verifying if the pair exists and that code is not working properly.

Technical Support & Development / Log files rotation and size
« on: May 10, 2018, 06:52:13 PM »
With the new version, I'm getting huge logfiles that are busting my VPS. Before I was using logrotate to keep the files from using all available disk space.
A couple of 500-600 Mb rotated logs per setup folder. Twice now the VPS reached 100% quota.

Can you make it so the logs never leave less than say 5-10% free disk space?
And provide options to manage how rotation is done and the limits?

I can configure Gunbot to get data for EUR-BTC for example, but the inverse BTC-EUR does not work:

We coudnt get ask/bid
GBRT_v9.5.1 (Build 532) BTC-GBP Round # 8

Is it possible to trade fiat pairs in GDAX using BTC as base?

General Discussion / TSSL selling at a loss
« on: March 31, 2018, 01:40:42 PM »

This is TSSL, buy level 0.2, gain 1.2, period 30, buy range 0.8 and sell range 0.6, stop loss 60. Also, TSSL_TARGET_ONLY is set to true.

The bot sold at a slight loss some 10 minutes after buying (the 600 timeout setting). Why would it do that, with such a small price difference? And to add injury to insult, it bought again 2 hours later at a higher price...

Why did the bot decide to get rid of the bag at such a small loss, instead of waiting for profits before selling? It's such a small price fluctuation, why trigger a sell here?

Let's say I'm interested in investing in ALT coin and I'd like to automatically accumulate a bag from profits. So every time this pair is sold, a % of profits is kept as ALT. Over time, as more profitable trades are completed, this bag increases and is never traded back to base currency.

9
So the bot will in fact NOT buy anymore in a situation like this without Double Up?

10
I was doing a simulation with Allanster TSSL tuner and got this graph, where after a certain buy followed by a prolonged dip in price, the bot seems to be stuck not buying anything else and misses out on a lot of trading opportunities:

Is this the correct behaviour of the bot and how can I make sure it 'resets' and keeps trading during the downtrend?

How does the double up setting affects this behaviour?

Thanks.
