Move them to Bittrex, they will hand out BCC 1:1

agree. as polo still not clear with their terms. plus there have been news on reddit that poloniex withdrawal taking longer time than usual.
so better to move it to bittrex till hardfork

Safest thing is to move into Electrum or Xapo wallet which support BCC
or at bittrex exchange

1000trades not available from version 3.3.3 onwards, however you can use ping pong strategy

Double buy was an issue only with previous version....
I am yet to see double buy on new 3.3.2 version

AFAIK, coinigy is not instant in updating trades... it takes few seconds to reload buy/sell orders
