My gunbot reseller (gunbot.com) hasn't responded yet and the gunbot is not working because my wallet is zero.  Metamask token added to gunbot. 

Okay, non responsive reseller I will buy some GUNTHY on IDAX.  76 dollars for the minimum.

BUT cannot withdraw due to identification restrictions.  (That is not cool!)  but I uploaded personal information. 

Awful awful experience.

which reseller are you having issues with ?
unfortunately the resellers don't have much control over the airdrop, as that is being managed by a few pay grades above them.

I am also having token issues. I added a wallet address, but have not received any. The bot is now shutting down because of 0 balance.

The orig gunbot was at gunbot.com and the upgrade was through coinrrebels.  emails sent to both.  I have one of those unlimited licenses and have just have the bot running.  I saw the 12.8 news through the git site but it states that the gunthy token isn't needed yet.  I did add the IDAX wallet address but changed it after reading about the "cold or mass storage" issue.

Been using the metamask token in the gunthy address since then.

Will the bot send the address the the-mothership even though it's spitting "0 amount errors"?

I downgraded to 11.7.6 and it works. It's pretty annoying that the latest version states that the token is not yet needed, when it is.

Hi guys easy solution: PM me your wallet address and one of your registered api keys, first time they need to be registered. I'll monitor the reseller activity to understand why he didnt solve this issue for you yet. Thanks for reporting!

BTW:

     The GUI for 12.8 is the best.  Can't wait to fully take advantage of it.  After things get worked out I may have to switch from my ARM unit to a more powerful CPU.  Those UDOO's look perfect for the task.  The "charts" section take a lot of CPU and tends to lag and stick. 

The ability to quickly buy or dump crypto is a good tool.

Nope, unlimited should be 2500... 400 is for Lite. (1000 Standard and 1500 Pro.)

I bought the LT then upgraded through the same re-seller. 

Crap - more emails and telegram.

Im glad my full version works on the 400.

Hi, not sure who your reseller is. Anyway, the tokens are sent automatically after and upgrade is made. Note that tokens don't arrive instantly, they are sent by Idax and they manually verify the withdrawals, so it can take from a few minutes up to several hours.

thanks but that has been taken into account.  its been 14 days or something now? 

Also my license seems to have been downgraded to "v12- STARTER"

gunbot.com was my reseller for the initial license and the upgrade

I now have a "pro" license.  The initial offering from my reseller was "starter"

When I clearly paid for an unlimited license

Then I got "upgraded" to standard then "Pro"

I've been effectively downgraded to a pro license and although I am very unsatisfied that I had to remind my reseller over and over that I had an unlimited license at least I can continue to use my gunbot the way I was before.  (I never used more than three exchanges at the same time but that's not the important thing)

It seems that my problem was solved.  I really didn't like this learning lesson....

I've seen a few people have issues with the airdrop, which is unfortunate.
Not sure if it's resellers falling behind, or if there was maybe a disconnect for other people on how to set up their airdrop wallet.
Hope your trading goes well and that your profits make it worth your while.
