Technical Support & Development / Re: Feature request: Multiple API keys

1. This is not a must have feature. It can very well go to the very bottom of the features-to-be-implemented list, and be forgotten there

2.
Why? this is soooo pointless, you can already do this yourself
The command line argument is sooooo irrelevant... Think about it: Running 1 instance, instead of running 3 instances... what is better?
Why would only running 1 instance be superior? If you run 3, you're more redundant. If you run them on separate ips you can trade faster.

You cited ease of use having it all in one place, and the remote config solves that issue. So seems quite relevant indeed :)

"Implemented command line option to load config.js from external url: add param --Example: ./gunthy-linx64 --config=https://gunthy.org/config.js"

So all you do is have a server where you edit your config as a master / slave kind of thing. Sure you might miss out on the live editiing, but if you want to split things up like you talk about then its already possible.

Your logic is fine, I suppose. But why sell at a loss when you can simply use the double up feature?
Personally, i plan to add 600 - 750 eur to my bitcoin balance every week.
A sucky freelance gig, totally not worth the hours I'll have to put in it :p
My point is, if you create a decent cash flow and treat this like any other investment, why sell at a loss? Just don't keep everything in the market at once.

eBit, there is a charting feature already.

Personally, i think if people want charts, buy that. I rather see dev time being spent on optimizing features that make us all money :p

If you want it to trade more (i assume you use bb) then just use a higher low bb value

Ie if you use 40/40 currently use 45/45

There you go, don't write posts when bearly awake, haha. Forgot / missed the usdt part :O.
Quote from our mod
"
When primary coin is not BTC, BTC_TRADING_LIMIT is the new primary coin, USDT in your case,

BR

Criptonauta
"
So as long as you have USDT_XRP, and the BTC_TRADING_LIMIT set correctly it should work as intended.
"BTC_TRADING_LIMIT": 41.48, would be 0.01 at the current exchange rate.
Note that I don't trade other currency pairs so this is only from what Iv'e read, no practical experience

If your config looks like

"BTC_XRP": {
                   "strategy": "bb",
                "override": {}
            },
"strategies": {
      "bb": {
         "BTC_TRADING_LIMIT": 0.01,

It won't make trades over 0.01, unless you have an older coin and have double up enabled
Be sure that you edit the right trading limit thou, it's different for each strat.

There's a lot of information spread out on this forum, thankfully it's still quite small so won't take you many hours to read it all.

I was waaaay over exposed to the market this btc jump, my own fault. No real defence, even without the double up feature I shouldn't have traded with 100%.

I'm currently working towards reducing my btc positions from 0.09 each pair to 0.01. With the goal of only having 30-50% of my balance active at the market at one time, while I let the rest sit for red days, where I send 10% or so from the inactive part and enable double up, every 2-3 days.

For me my current issue is cashflow, and thats as I said my own fault, I aim to correct this so meh.
