Title: Does enabling OKKIE_MODE helpful in ETH-base currency pairs?

I trade using ETH-XVG, ETH-XRP, ... . Using ETH as the based currency with about 10 altcoin pairs.
If the ETH pump up, does OKKIE_MODE will helpful for disabling buy orders when there is too much price and volume pressure on ETH??
