I've been looking into gunbot , and reading the forum seeing many options available.
GUNBOT with XT core , gui
with trading view addon
with support
are any exchanges preferred over the other?
Which options are needed for a newbie.
I am thinking to buy a resale license since the price of BTC is crazy right now...
but worried about purchasing something outdated with the wrong options.
any advice is appreciated.

Poloniex and bittrex seem to be most popular. I would not advise Kraken, although I have it running on Krak. Kraken is slow compared to the two mentioned, and not much altcoins to choose from. I manage to get profit, but it's slow and tedious. Better start on a place where more happens.
