Thanks a lot for the reply. I was able to clarify the "issue" with my retailer. It was a mix of misunderstanding the "trail-me" function as well as some differences in the TradingView scripts.

Hi,

I have a big challenge with my bot (v11.7.6_b906):
With Callback Messages enabled, the GUI notifies me when a pair is ready to buy/sell or has reached a stop limit, but it will not act upon it.
Based on TV, the conditions have been met a buy should have taken place :-(. This is happening with the BB strategy as well as with the ichimoku one.

Buy and Sell are enabled in the trade strategy.

Do I need to activate Take buy / take profit as well??

Beginners & Help / Ready to buy notification

Hi,

I am sorry for most-likely a basic question, however GunBot is using a different vocabulary compared to PT or other bots I know.
Quite frequently I get the "Ready for buy" notification, however a final buy is not happening. Is my understanding right, that "Ready for buy" means that the strategy has been met and "trailing" started and final confirmation was not met (buy range not fulfilled)?

In this case, I am using the tesl-strategy with a buy-range of "0.5".

PS: Bot is not in watch mode :-)

Does the STOPLOSS option override the "ensure profit" option?
Otherwise, I am not sure how this command would be different from the SELL function/command.

Hello,
I am heavy TradingView (TV) user therefore I have some ideas/feature requests for the TradingView add-on:

- Implement Telegram order confirmation also for orders triggered by TV alerts (Telegram Order Timeout) --> BTW: I thought that this would already be in place :-(
- Allow TV alerts to place buy orders based on percentage, e.g. 3% of base currencies, instead of a total amount, example: "BUY_BINANCE_BTC-ADA_3P"
- Allow TV alerts to place sell orders using percentage value, e.g. 50% of coin, to allow target-based selling (T1, T2, ...), example: "SELL_BINANCE_BTC-ADA_50P"
- Combine TV alerts with GunBot confirmation indicators, example:
     -- TV alert is coming in and GunBot verifies if the additional defined (confirmation) indicators are also met, prior to place the order. Reason: in TV you cannot combine indicators or conditions for alerts, therefore a workaround in GB would be nice, at least for basic confirmation checks.


And

Please consider an add-on / module similar to the PT ProfitTracker --> this is just a very helpful dashboard/overview (see attachment).

Thanks for the link!
 
Yesterday, I was searching endlessly and I couldn't find a proper reference.
In the end, I was using a forum post related to the "Binance {}" error.

Nevertheless, the error is back.
In a next step a will increase the delay time to 120. The size of the db-file is still below 500 kb.

Hello again,

I was able to fix the issue:

In my case the gunbotgui.db was too big (> 500 kb).

- I deleted the file, restarted the bot and set a new password and 2FA key.
- Bot works super smooth, again.

Technical Support & Development / Red Notification for Kraken

Hi,

since I configured the access to the Kraken exchange, I am getting error messages (please see screenshot), although the bot can read and display my exchange value for the EUR-XBT pair.

Any ideas? I already set the delay for the exchange to 120, because I thought the API was stressed due to the bot's requests.
