Keep getting this error when trying to run gunbot latest version

The bot it's trying to access to this file and it can't:

C:\\Users\\Owner\\Desktop\\NEW GUN BOT V12\\win\\json\\extraholding.json

I would try downloading v12 again. Uncrompress it, and be sure all the files are placed in the bot directory. Also be sure to execute bot as admin.

Also, make sure that your files are not set to "read only"
that sometimes seems to be an issue as well.
