hey buddy.
just wondering if you have tried deleting your current install and downloading and running the latest stable release?
sometimes something as basic as that seems to clear up any issues that could be happening that aren't quite fixable no matter what settings are tweaked with.

i noticed that the images you uploaded show that your licenses is valid,  but that you are having issues with the airdrop.
the airdrop isn't being run by the resellers, but by the gunbot team itself.
not quite sure why you are saying it's your resellers fault that this roll out is somewhat a pain in the ass.

hey , just curious if you ever sorted this error out.
i run my gb on linux at times and i have had this error pop up on occasion as well.
i switched over to running it off rasberry pi and pc due to that error stalling my trades, so if you sorted it out, please let me know if changing the settings mentioned above helped.

if you did, have you checked that wallet for any gunthy token balance?

i am fairly sure all the gunbot license are sold by resellers, not gunthar at all.
maybe i'm wrong.

I'd like to know as well. But I fear nobody is coming to answer this and other crucial questions. Gunthy doesn't care, other resellers are too busy cateri g to their customers, people who have insight to this and other important questions will never bother to write an answer because it might impact their profits. If you are a regular user, you are screwed since the only way is to "trial and error."

As you see, I have responded, I always try to help people in the forum. Obviously, as you said, for a reseller, the priority is to give support to our customers, the persons who purchased the bot license on our website. I don't know why you say the only way to learn is "trial and error". I don't know what kind of support gives your reseller. What I can tell you is that in my case, Gunbot.shop, we have a Telegram support group, we give personalized support, even support with Teamview, and we usually spend a lot of hours giving support. What I mean is, the forum is an extra help, but mainly the support should be given by your reseller, and he shouldn't leave you to learn with "trial and error".

@Aitor, thank you, kind sir! I don't have a reseller, since I bought directly from gunthar.

What error messages were you getting?
Also, have you downloaded the most recent stable release of Gunbot?
It should give you the option to register your erc-20 wallet for the gunthy token airdrop.
Once you have done that, changing your api key should be a bit easier, but if not, your reseller should be able to help. If they are taking a bit too long to help, try going into the main telegram channel and seeing if anyone else can assist you.

Hope someone can help me 

Last Year I purchased GunBot and all was working fine. Now the markets are better I want to start using it again.
I started the software and was getting errors, so I set up a new API with Binance. Then I set up the new GUI Version, but that has no option to put in GUNTHYTOKEN. I did create a Token, but still no luck.

 So I'm very confused and Imagine the License is using my old API Key.

Is someone able to change the API Key License ?

Do you have other conditions that you have set that might be interfering with your trades?
It might sound silly, but make sure you don't have watch mode enabled or anything else that could be disrupting your trading process.
If all else fails, make your own strategy and set it up to your preference from the ground up so you know each and every thing that needs to happen before a trade occurs.

Just curious, have you tried downloading a fresh copy of gunbot?
usually if my gunbot starts getting a bit messed up, deleting my prior instances and starting from a fresh install seems to fix my problems.
sort of like restarting your computer when it's being a pain in the ass.

Same issue here, after reinstall Gunbot.

I stopped to use it on june 2018 and use it again since yesterday.

The new gunbot should allow you to change your api keys, but if it doesn't your reseller should be able to help you out.
Hope you get it figured out.

have you double checked your coin pairs for typos?
i've seen that also cause that issue.

- always BASE-QUERY .. aka .. BTC-ALT ... never ALT-BTC
- markets show it mostly as QUERY-BASE
- tradingview.com also shows it as QUERY-BASE
- Gunbot uses BASE-QUERY for trading

have you tried syncing your internet time?
my pc had issues being ahead of time about 1/3 a second and it was throwing causing errors throughout gunbot.
i used the "network time synch" tool and it seems to have fixed the problem

i personally check the exchange a few times a day and focus on coins with tons of volume, and make sure that the volume isn't a p&d
i look for a the wave looking activity, and usually focus on those.
