Beginners & Help / Holding bags, but price compared to fiat is rising, what to do?

Hi guys, I've been using the bot for 2 days. Because btc is up, alt coins are down, I'm holding some bags, like ETH, ETC,...
Should I get rid of them? Should I stop the bot on those pairs? Technically the value of my bags are rising compared to usdt.
