undefined errors
« on: July 09, 2017, 11:38:55 PM »
Finally picked up GB! Read a bunch of info, set it up with no problems, funded polo with btc and ran it for a day. There have not been any trades and keep getting "undefined errors" in the following areas
Btc/eth, Gunbot, security.
Also btc is showing no balance but there are btc funds in the account.

Any ideas on what to do?

Hi,

The image is quite hard to read due to its size, but it appear you've typed the pair in a wrong way

It's BTC ETH in capital letters.

Check this and try again.

Best regards,

Thank you for the reply. I uploaded a better quality photo, hopefully that helps.

I tried selecting the pairs in caps and keep getting the same errors.
Btc balance not showing up. All the cycles keeps showing failures.

Hi

Where you are setting the pairs, I can see:

BTC / sc

it would be BTC / SC

The problem is, indeed, the pair in lower case.

Make sure you save the new settings prior to run the pair.

Using caps got rid of that invalid pair notice.  The undefined errors are still present, btc not showing up & just noticed a 403 error.

Very happy to say that GB is now working!!! Using caps and switching the isp status in polo did it. Thank you for the help. Beyond excited to put GB to work!
