General Discussion / GAIN settings interfering BB strategy?

Hey Everyone,

In a telegram group I belong to, one of the members created a utility to chart the log files, and it seems like GAIN strategy settings are taking priority over the BB strategy settings that I have selected.

Is this true?

Because it would think that by selecting the BB as my buy/sell strategy, only the BB settings should be relevant ... but that seems not to be the case.

Can anyone confirm this? That if I want to run a pure BB setup, I need to set my GAIN strategy settings to 0 so they don't interfere with the BB settings?

Beginners & Help / Not selling, even when above top BB ...

Hey Everyone,

I have my strategy set to BB buy and sell, with 30% off the high and low.

I've got 7 pairs setup this way and while it's buying at the right point, it doesn't seem to be selling at the right point. In some instances the chart (on Bittrex) moves beyond the upper BB, but it's still not selling.

I look at some of the currencies and the chart bounces a few times, with the currency moving within 30% of the top BB 2 or 3 times and still no trade.

Additionally, when i look at the exchange rate Gunbot is identifying as the low and high values, it's nowhere near the BB chart in Bittrex.

I'm just curious as to why it seems to have missed so many sells? Also, why the BB price to buy/sell in Gunbot is so dramatically different than the charts on Bittrex?
