PC Rebooted While Running

Quick question from a new users. 

While running for the first time last night, my PC got Updates from Windows and restarted.  I looked in my log on Poloniex and I have no open orders.  My transaction history shows 9 buys and only one sell.

Do I simply restart the GunBot for all of the pairs I was running and it will pick up from where it left off?  Or do I need to do something with the other coins that I am holding?

Yes.
Simply restart the GunBot for all of the pairs U was running and it will pick up from where it left off.
