Title: Gunthy Exchange withdrawal
Post by: GreatWarlord on December 02, 2020, 07:33:25 PM: I made an account on the Gunthy Exchange and sent my Gunthies to my wallet there. I've wanted to try and sell them (my license), but that doesn't seem to work.
So I tried to withdrawal them again. To do that I need to confirm my account, but it won't go any further on the ID verification.

Help! :(

I deposited BTC into it directly, then I wanted to send my bitcoin money somewhere else because the gunthy exchange can only trade BTC and GUNTHY. In order to move BTC to another wallet you have to get verified. I can't get verified because of the error.

What doesn't work:
If you go to wallets/gunthy/withdrawal, you can click on Withdraw address/add address.
It will show a popup that you have to ID verify. If you click the link there and fill in the form it won't sent the data because the Next button is not active.

What works:
But if you go to profile you can go to Identity verification and click the link to the form. That sent button works. 8)
