is it possible to set FUNDS_RESERVE with trading view? I see the settings in strategies, wondering if it would work for TV settings.

I've been looking into gunbot , and reading the forum seeing many options available.
GUNBOT with XT core , gui
with trading view addon
with support
are any exchanges preferred over the other?
Which options are needed for a newbie.
I am thinking to buy a resale license since the price of BTC is crazy right now...
but worried about purchasing something outdated with the wrong options.
any advice is appreciated.
