Error: SQLITE_CANTOPEN: unable to open database file errno: 14, code: GunBot v12

I am trying to run the new version of gunbot but keep getting the error message

Error: SQLITE_CANTOPEN: unable to open database file errno: 14, code: 'SQLITE_CANTOPEN'

It also comes up in a command prompt like window as appose to the GUI on V3.3

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

***UPDATE***

I have since tried running gunbot v11 and i am having the same issue please help !!!!

Download latest version. Do a fresh install, don't try to upgrade from previous versions, and be sure database file is placed in the bot directory (a file whose extension is .db).
