Hi Dmadls, I guess your license is Standard, right? Try following these steps:
1- Contact your reseller and ask him to give you v12.8.8 (it's not uploaded to the website yet but it's the latest stable version).
2- Tell your reseller to remove your old Poloniex Api and give him a new fresh Poloniex Api so he can activate the new one and link it to your Gunthy wallet.
3- Do a fresh install [v12.8.8] and after adding your Gunthy wallet and your new activated Poloniex api, you should see a message telling what kind of Gunbot license do you have. In this case, Standard.
Good luck

It seems you put an invalid character in a parameter. For example:
Right one:
Gain: 4
Wrong one:
Gain: 4$
Check if you added any invalid extra character like ' " ( ) $ @ # . , etc...
Other option is just to do a fresh install and be sure you put proper values for all the parameters.

Stepgain buys when price is x% below EMA.
If you set
buylvl = 1
buylvl1 = 4
buylvl2 = 12
It will never buy until the price goes 4% below EMA. Once it does, it will try to buy 12% below EMA, as far as the trend keeps going up. In the case the trend starts going down and the price is still above 4, it will buy. Same logic is applied for selling, except the base price is % above buying price.

Hi Gobby, I absolutely get your point. Please let me clear some things that maybe could help you:
1- Any license related problem, same as any support you need on how to configure or fix your bot should be given by your reseller. It's important to choose a reseller who provides good support. Anyway, your best bet is to contact the reseller you purchased the license from and tell him to help you with your issues. He should fix your issues, even if he needs to give personalized support using TeamViewer. Ask for what you paid for!
2- Gunthar is super busy and mainly focused on coding and many others things. As I said before, ask your reseller for support and he should fix your issues.
3- v12 is a very recently released version, and a new version with important fixes is about to be released. Many people is still using v11 as it's very stable and works very well.
4- Note that last days Gunbot license system is being moved to a new license system, and maybe it has caused your license related problems. I apologize for that although considering all the benefits it will bring, it's definitely worth in the long term despite the temporary issues is causing right now.

Hi Ashkaan, Gunbot is not a printing money machine. It automates trading strategies. So, you will get the same results a "human" trader would get following that strategy. My advice is: Ask yourself what you are doing wrong. IMO, one of the most important keys is pair selection.
For example, do you think is a good idea to invest on Venezuelan bolivar? Obv no, it's not. Why? Because it's extremelly hard to get profits if you buy something whose value is dropping and you try to sell it at a higher price.
What I do is, instead of adding any pair, I search for those pairs that are looking good. What does it mean? It means that secondary coin is gaining value against the base coin. Like the traders say: "The trend is your friend. Follow it".

Min price = 0 | Max price = 0 was an old bug from previous versions. Latest versions fix it.
On the other hand, the bot reads bought price from order book, so, you shouldn't need to set BOUGHT_PRICE parameter.... unless your trades are older than 1 month, so they are no longer being shown in the order book.

Hi, note that the more indicators you add and the more conditions you set, the less trades you will get because ALL the conditions need to be met at the same time. I have seen many people getting nice profits with simple strategies, and, on the other hand, some people who tries to customize super advanced strategies, adding a lot of indicators, makes very few trades. My advice is, start with a simple strategy, see how it works and start adding more conditions step by step, so you will see easily which condition(s) are killing your trades. Other option is to contact directly with your reseller, send him all the logs, and let him take a look at them.

Hi Am5687, let me show you an example: when KEEP_QUOTE is set to 10 for BTC-BNB, then Gunbot will leave 10 BNB in your account when placing a sell order, any balance above 10 will get sold as long as it is worth more than MIN_VOLUME_TO_SELL.

Try changing your api yourself with Gunbot v12. It allows to change your api as far as the new api belongs to the same account.

Hi Jack. You can add your Gunthy wallet if you want. So far it's not mandatory, so no need to do it if you don't want to.
What is the exact error message you are getting? If you purchased your license last year and you stopped using it, most likely the problem is that your Binance api was removed. Note that they did a maintenance upgrade on 4th july 2018 and "old" apis were removed. You can contact your reseller and tell him to activate a new api, or just change your api yourself, now it's possible to do it with Gunbot v12
