Bot issues

The bot tells me it can't sell it can't buy -  it basically seems as if it can't do much. Is this normal? Is this because the market conditions are deemed neutral or because there is a mistake in my set-up??

perfectly normal status screen.  Once it hits setup triggers you will start to get "yes"
