Title: BB Stepgain only buy on uptrends

Hi guys

Is there anything in the config to only buy when BB is in uptrend. I've got a lot of bags during this bear market

Switch "BUY_ENABLED" to False when it bear market. I think this is one of the things that you just have to stay on top of. Although I am also a noob.
